About Shané Darby
Shané Darby is a community organizer, nonprofit founder, policy advocate, and public leader rooted in Black liberation, maternal health justice, and community empowerment. She is the founder of Black Mothers In Power and 4dacity Inc., and currently serves as a Wilmington City Councilmember.
Her work focuses on building systems rooted in care, accountability, justice, and collective power.
